Kinijos pirkėjas išgelbės „Hummer“?

„Hummer“ vadovas Jimas Tayloras pranešė, kad „General Motors“ šią markę ketina parduoti Kinijos Sičuano provincijos įrengimų gamintojui „Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery“. Pasak vadovo, Kinijos gamintojas planuoja išplėsti „Hummer“ gamą, pasiūlyti alternatyvių variklių bei išsaugoti JAV dilerių tinklą. Jis teigė liksiąs vadovauti „Hummer“ ir po savininkų pasikeitimo.

„General Motors“ „Hummer“ pirkėjo ieškojo beveik metus. Anot J.Tayloro, su kinais deramasi jau gerą pusmetį. Jis mano, kad dabar Kinijos bendrovės ieško galimybių investuoti užsienyje ir taip papildyti savo verslą, o „Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery“ mato „Hummer“ augimo perspektyvų tiek Kinijoje, tiek ir už jos ribų. J.Tayloras teigė, kad, pagal preliminarų susitarimą, 150 „Hummer“ atstovybių JAV veiks ir toliau. „General Motors“ pranešė, kad po šio sandorio su Kinijos gamintoju pasirašys ir ilgalaikį susitarimą dėl gamybos bei pagrindinių komponentų ir žaliavų tiekimo.

Jeigu šiam sandoriui nepasipriešins nei Kinijos, nei JAV rinkos priežiūros tarnybos, jis galėtų būti užbaigtas trečią šių metų ketvirtį. Finansinės susitarimo sąlygos vis dar derinamos ir viešai neskelbiamos. Jei šis sandoris įvyks, tai bus pirmasis atvejis, kuomet Kinijos bendrovė perka markę išsunkumų kamuojamo JAV gamintojo. Sičuano provincijoje Kinijoje įsikūręs „Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery“ gamina specialios paskirties transporto priemones, greitkelių ir tiltų struktūrinius komponentus, statybos techniką ir energetikos infrastruktūros elementus.

Kiek anksčiau „General Motors“ pranešė, kad būsimasis „Hummer“ pirkėjas finansuos naujų modelių ir alternatyvių variklių kūrimą, nes gremėzdiškieji „Hummer“ ekonomiškumu tikrai nepasižymi.
